Clean, good value hotel, the location was beautiful right by River Walk, restaurants, Union Station. We got room with luxurious decor and a big bathroom to relax.

The staff was thorough, they showed us what very efficient service is supposed to be like. Everything was perfectly fine during our stay yet disappointing aspect was a little tired bathroom. Comfortable bed & decent position. The easy check-in process too.

Beautiful old hotel, fairly clean, delightfully helpful staff, location near Union Station was magnificent. We did n't have time and missed the continental breakfast. Luxurious room with nice bed and a big size bathroom.

Everything was great, but we stayed for 3 nights only. We appreciated our cozy rooms, plus the staff was enthusiastic! The continental breakfast had lots of options for all tastes. The view from our room was pleasant. Very central setting of the hotel.

I came here for 3 nights and had a fairly nice stay. It was in a wonderful location and the room I stayed in was well equipped. Breakfast was PERFECT with superb food. Spotless and picture perfect hotel in Chicago Loop district. The provided service was impeccable too.
Wi-fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

Staff was charming, rooms are fine, and I loved easy location. They made my stay restful. The breakfasts here were absolutely excellent with wi-fi. Painless check-in and exceptional customer service. Dog friendly place to stay while in Chicago.

Staff and location are nice. Deluxe queen room was with a private safe, pay television and a writing table. The hotel is in the theater district. There's Baba's Village serving quick orders near the venue.

Excellent home base for exploring Chicago. Great place, EXCELLENT staff. Climate control, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels are available in the room. Breakfast in the restaurant was very convenient.

Worth its 4 stars. A heating system, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the deluxe room were handy. It took us 9 minutes to drive to this deluxe accommodation from the airport.

hotel was very clean. a huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like bombay wraps that was only 5 minutes' walk away. the beds were comfortable in our room. hardly a 10-minute walk from willis tower, which was suitable for us.
